My Policy :
As a professional coach or as a mentor, I work in establishing a relationship with people in a series of conversations with the purpose of  best serving the clients to improve their performance or enhance their personal development or both, choosing their own goals and ways of doing it.
 
My judicial background, alongside adherence to accepted code of ethics, integrity and accountability in the coaching and mentoring field, ensures that I respect the absolute rights of the client’s confidentiality and that any information imparted to me by a client or potential client in any form in my capacity as a coach or mentor, will remain strictly private and confidential. Such received information will not be shared in any way, except as expressly permitted by the client or potential client in writing or is of a nature where I am required by law to divulge it to a third party.
